Up in Aspen for 4 days for the kiddo's hockey tournament so that means lots of beer and lots of shots.  Started the weekend off with this after a steep ass run aka walk up the ski slopes behind the condo we rented.

That was a very interesting beer.  I would have liked it better I think if I would have paired it better verses just drinking it with dinner.  This beer needs to be paired with the right food or drank solo.
